Giving Thanks!

Hello All! I apologize for my delay in posting this past week. The Thanksgiving Holiday brought with it many friends, family and shopping... leaving little time for anything else!

I was fortunate enough to spend Wednesday and Turkey Day in Tucson visiting with my Aunt and Uncle. Living so far from home it is such a treat to have family close, especially during the Holiday Season. Wednesday night was EPIC! We ventured into the city to experience the renowned Senoran Dog at El Guero Canelo! Featured on the Travel Channel, this dog is wrapped in bacon, doused in pico de gallo and topped with pinto beans, among other things. Needless to say this kicked off a feast of a weekend! We spent the Thursday Holiday watching football, playing Apples to Apples and Horseopoly (winner, winner, chicken dinner!), and enjoying more great food. Thankful to have such great family! The weekend continued with a big bash! As I mentioned in an earlier post some of my girlfriends and I threw my friend Kelly's baby shower on Saturday. It was a great opportunity to catch up with long distance friends, celebrate new life and have an excuse to decorate everything PINK! I am so thankful to have such great friends. These are the friends who know me better than I know myself, can make me laugh till I cry and who I know through anything have my back!
